On the phone you own or manage, open the guided installer. It detects the platform and shows the exact steps for Android or iOS.

Return to any browser, log in, and watch your device's activity begin to appear — organized, clear and ready to review.
Android setup is straightforward. After creating your account, open the installer on the Android device, allow the installation when prompted, and run the guided setup. PhoneParental will ask you to grant a series of permissions — such as location and notification access — and the guide explains what each one enables. Once permissions are granted, the app settles into the background and begins syncing data to your dashboard.
iOS setup depends on the features you need. For many monitoring features, setup uses secure device credentials or a configuration profile; the installer detects your situation and shows the precise steps. As with Android, the process is guided from start to finish, and our support team is on hand if you have questions about any step.
