Is PhoneParental legal to use?

Do I need to root or jailbreak the phone?
No. Core features work on standard Android and iOS devices without rooting or jailbreaking. A few advanced features may need extra steps, explained during setup.
How long does setup take?
Most people finish setup in under five minutes using the guided installer.
Which devices does PhoneParental support?
PhoneParental supports modern Android phones and tablets and iPhones and iPads, with some feature availability varying by operating system version.
Can I monitor more than one device?
Yes, on plans that support multiple devices. Connect each device to a single account and switch between them in the dashboard.
Will the monitored person know PhoneParental is installed?
PhoneParental runs quietly in the background. We strongly recommend transparency with the people you monitor; required notices are explained in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only you can access it with your account credentials.
Does PhoneParental slow the phone down?
No. It is designed to run efficiently with minimal impact on battery and performance.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What can I see in the dashboard?
Depending on your plan: location, call logs, messages, browsing history, installed apps, photos, screen activity and chat-app monitoring, organized by device and date.
Does PhoneParental work without an internet connection?
The app records data on the device and syncs it to your dashboard as soon as a connection is available.
How do I get help if I have a problem?
PhoneParental includes a help center with guided articles plus customer support through the contact form.
What happens to my data if I stop using PhoneParental?
Your access ends at the close of your billing period, and you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
