Is there really a free version?+
Yes. PhoneParental's Free plan includes 10+ core features — location, screen time, reports, app blocking and web filtering — at no cost, with no credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans are billed month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a refund?+
If a paid plan isn't right for you, contact support@phoneparental.com and we'll do our best to make it right within our refund terms.
How many devices can I monitor?+
The Free plan covers one child device, Premium covers up to five, and Family supports unlimited devices — all managed from a single dashboard.
Will my price change after I subscribe?+
Your plan price stays as advertised at the time you subscribe for that plan. Any changes would only apply to new billing terms and would be communicated clearly.
