Is there a free trial?
PhoneParental offers plans rather than a free trial, but every plan is backed by a refund window so you can try it with confidence. Check the current terms at checkout.
What's the difference between the plans?
The Basic plan covers core monitoring such as location, calls and messages. Premium adds social and chat-app monitoring and web controls. Family/Business adds multiple devices and the full feature set.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your account, and the change applies to your next billing cycle.
How many devices can I monitor?
Single-device plans cover one device; Family and Business plans let you connect multiple devices to one account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PhoneParental accepts major credit and debit cards and other common payment methods shown at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Will I be charged automatically when my plan renews?
Subscriptions renew automatically so monitoring isn't interrupted. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account before the renewal date.
Do longer plans cost less per month?
Yes. Quarterly and annual plans offer a lower effective monthly price than the monthly plan.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections, and PhoneParental does not store your full card details.
Do you offer support on all plans?
Yes. Every plan includes access to the help center and customer support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, your access ends at the close of the billing period. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout for your chosen plan is what you pay for that period, with no hidden charges.
